Gift cards

How do I buy a gift card?
Open the app, choose a brand and amount, then pay with your wallet or card. Digital codes or fulfilment depend on the product — you’ll see status in your orders.
Which brands are available?
Availability varies by region and catalog sync. Browse the in-app catalog for current brands and denominations.
My code didn’t arrive — what now?
Check your order status in the app. If it’s marked complete and you still don’t have a code, contact support with your order ID.

Selling to the platform

Can I sell my gift card?
Yes. Select the card type, upload clear photos of front and back (as required), and choose payout to wallet or mobile money. Our team reviews each submission.
How long does review take?
Timing varies by volume. You’ll see status updates on your sale; approved payouts follow your chosen method.
What if my sale is rejected?
You won’t be paid for rejected submissions. You’ll usually see a reason or can ask support using your sale reference.

Wallet & payments

How do I top up my wallet?
Use the wallet top-up flow in the app. We use secure card processing (e.g. Paystack); available methods may depend on your region.
Which payment methods work?
Typically card payments via our payment partner. Wallet balance can be used across eligible purchases.
Is my payment data stored on your servers?
We don’t store full card numbers. Payment partners handle card data according to industry standards.

Voting

How does voting work?
Browse active polls, pick a contestant, choose how many votes to buy, and complete payment. Votes apply after successful payment.
Can I get a refund on votes?
Vote purchases are usually final. If something failed on our side, contact support with your payment reference.

Event tickets

How do event tickets work?
Pick an event and ticket type, pay, then use your unique ticket code at the venue. Check the app or email for your code.
What if the event is cancelled?
Refunds depend on the organiser’s terms. Contact support — we may coordinate with the organiser. See also our Refund Policy.
